Ubbink UBIFLEX-B3-6M is a lead-free waterproof flashing roll from the Ubiflex Standard (B3) range, supplied in black as 400mm x 6m with nominal 3.5mm thickness for roof junction sealing; wattage not applicable, voltage not applicable, amperage not applicable, and IP rating not applicable. It uses an aluminium mesh reinforced granular-coated bitumen with kraft paper and film backing and is fixed using Ubbink High Tack sealant with fixing clips for mortar joints where required, with BBA certified and BRE tested performance, fire classification to EN 13501-1 Class E and BS 476-3:2004 Class B, and temperature stability (in use) from -30°C to 90°C, supporting weatherproof detailing on solar PV roofs including in-roof solar interfaces, cable entry sealing, and junction finishing for systems paired with battery storage and EV charging.
