Ubbink UBIFLEX-B3-12M Ubiflex Standard is a non-lead waterproof roof flashing roll, supplied as 400mm wide by 12m long in black with a nominal 3.5mm thickness; wattage not applicable, voltage not applicable, amperage not applicable, and IP rating not applicable. It is manufactured from aluminium mesh reinforced granular-coated bitumen with a kraft paper and film backing, designed to be fixed using Ubbink Ubiflex High Tack sealant and secured with fixing clips in mortar joints where required, with BBA certification, BRE testing, and fire performance stated as Class E to EN 13501-1 and Class B to BS 476-3:2004.
