Our Head Office was originally based at our Hastings branch but relocated to Eastbourne when the branch was opened in 2005. We began with a team of just two staff but our workforce expanded to such a size that we needed to renovate our offices in 2015. Based at Head Office are our HR, Marketing, Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger departments.

Eastbourne was the third branch to open, giving us the opportunity to provide our electrical wholesaler service to the Eastbourne area as well as Hailsham, Newhaven and Seaford. We have a team with a wealth of experience who can answer any questions you may have and endeavour to offer a 1 hour local delivery service if requested! We also offer free lighting and fire alarm schemes and stock many major brands.

Our Hastings Branch is where Phase began back in 2002, providing an outstanding electrical wholesale & delivery service throughout Hastings and the surrounding area.
This was the first branch we opened and underwent a much needed refurbishment in November 2015. This gave us a bigger and brighter trade counter as well as an improved office environment and further stock holding capacity on our new mezzanine level.
Our dedicated staff strive to deliver excellence with their friendly and efficient service and outstanding product knowledge. We offer competitive prices and with three delivery vans as well as extensive stock levels, we can cater for most orders on a daily basis across Sussex and Kent.

Our Uckfield Branch opened its doors in November 2003. We have a fantastic team of 7 people and operate 3 delivery vehicles enabling us to get orders to our customers faster and more efficiently. We stock all the top electrical brands including Eaton, MK, Wylex and Aurora and keep a diverse range of products including underground twin wall ducting and meter boxes. Due to where we are based we are able to offer delivery to more rural locations which aren’t necessarily covered by other electrical wholesalers; this also covers East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.

Phase first branched out to Kent by opening our Whitstable branch in June 2009, with a wealth of experience and extensive product knowledge, our members of staff are here to welcome and assist our customers.
